FAQs from Buyers

How will you tell me about the newest homes available?

We rely heavily on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) website to stay informed about all the latest listings in the housing market. We make it a priority to monitor the "New on the Market" list diligently, ensuring that we're always ready to spot the perfect opportunities for our clients. Rest assured, we're committed to delivering this information to you promptly and conveniently. Whether you prefer to stay updated via phone, email, or both, we'll ensure you receive the latest updates in the manner that suits you best.

Will you inform me of homes from all real estate companies or only Keller Williams Realty?

We are committed to keeping you informed about all available homes. Our goal is to assist you in finding your dream home, which requires us to stay on top of every property on the market.

Can you help me find new construction homes?

Yes, we can collaborate with most builders to provide you with the necessary information to make an informed decision. During your initial visit with the builder, we will be there to accompany you. When you choose to utilize our services for purchasing a new construction home, you will not only benefit from the services we offer but also those provided by the builder, all at no extra cost to you.

How does for sale by owner (FSBO) work?

When homeowners attempt to sell their property without the presence of a real estate agent, they typically aim to save on commission fees. If you come across a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) listing and desire the benefits of our services, allow me to reach out to the owner on your behalf and schedule an appointment. In many cases, homeowners opt to collaborate with an agent, despite not listing their home, as the agent facilitates potential buyer introductions to their property.

Can we go back through our property again once an offer has been made, but before possession?

We typically notify the seller and arrange a mutually convenient time for revisiting the property. Just before the closing, we'll coordinate a final walk-through and inspection of your new home.

Once my offer is accepted, what should I do?

After completing all relevant inspections, it's time to celebrate and prepare for moving into your new home. You'll need to schedule your move, pack your belongings, and inform businesses of your address change. We'll supply you with a moving checklist to ensure you remember all the necessary details. Additionally, I'll provide you with a good faith estimate and HUD statement, detailing the amount you'll need to bring to the closing.
